Spring into exciting events

April is abloom with events in our shop and our neighborhood! In addition to our usual Tuesday Elm Street Hooker meetings, and the springtime religious observances of Ramadan, Passover, and Easter, here's what's happening around our corner:

April 15-16 Downtown Shop Hop. Visit us and other participating merchants, take your purchases to checkout, and break an egg to reveal your surprise discount on your total. The shop will be open both days.

April 17 Easter. The shop will be closed.

April 22,23, and 24 is Germanfest in Muenster. Do try to visit this great festival.

April 22-May 1. North Texas Yarn Crawl. The shop will be open 10 to 5 every day. This is always a fun event as you travel from shop to shop. This year 15 shops are participating. Our "sideshows" during the crawl will be Joe Conner Designs Show and Sale, and Christy Cheaney's Leather Jewelry Sale. Joe's collages and Christy's leather accessories were immensely popular last year. We're privileged to support these talented local artisans again.

April 26 the Elm Street Hookers, who always welcome guest knitters and crocheters, extend a special invitation to everyone within traveling distance. Come sit a spell, knit or crochet with us, and enjoy a great time of fun and fellowship.

April 30 is Local Yarn Shop day. Every customer will receive a small appreciation gift.
